Personal Privacy

All personal information of customers (refer to both buyers and recipients), including but not limited to name, billing and recipient address, phone number, email address, login password etc., will be processed via our secure server with SSL, and the data will be encrypted throughout the Internet transactions.

All information (excluding customer’s account information at shop.raredram.io) will be discarded upon the completion of the transaction. All credit card payments, and e-wallets payment data will directly be processed by Stripe via their SSL payment gateway. RAREDRAM will not directly process or retain any payment-related information.
